A little about me,
Tiph Fedor
I offer a warm, grounded and relational space to explore what may be asking for your attention.
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, with curiosity and compassion at the heart of how I work.
Rather than seeing our difficulties as something to fix, I am interested in understanding what lies beneath them — the experiences, beliefs and adaptations that have shaped how we relate to ourselves and to others.
For me, therapy is an invitation to become more deeply acquainted with ourselves, and to discover what becomes possible when we meet our experience with awareness rather than judgement.

My Story
My path to this work has unfolded over many years, shaped by both professional experience and my own exploration of what it means to live with greater awareness and authenticity.
I have always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface — to understanding how our early experiences shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves, the ways we relate to others, and the patterns we carry into our lives. Over time, this led me towards approaches that honour not only the mind, but also the body, our emotional experience and the wisdom held within them.
My journey through counselling, Compassionate Inquiry, mindfulness and psychedelic therapy and integration has continued to deepen this understanding. Rather than following one particular method, I bring these strands together in a way that allows me to meet each person as an individual, with curiosity, presence and care.

What I Value
The way I work is shaped not only by my training, but by the qualities I believe make meaningful therapeutic work possible.
I value curiosity over certainty, compassion over judgement, and a respect for each person's individual experience.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy is something we enter into together; with honesty, presence and care.

01
Compassion
Meeting ourselves with understanding rather than judgement, and becoming curious about the experiences and adaptations that have shaped who we are.
02
Curiosity
Approaching what emerges without assuming we already know what it means, allowing understanding to unfold through gentle exploration.
03
Safety
Respecting your pace, boundaries and body's responses, particularly when approaching experiences that may have once felt difficult or overwhelming.
04
Authenticity
Creating space to recognise where we may have learned to move away from ourselves in order to preserve attachment, belonging or acceptance.
05
Presence
Learning to notice thoughts, emotions and sensations as they arise, creating space between our experience and our habitual response to it.
06
Relationship
Honouring the therapeutic relationship as a place where we can explore how we relate to ourselves and others, and experience being met with honesty and care.
